Non-governmental organisations (NGOs) have become essential actors in the employment and social field, particularly in the fight against poverty, social exclusion and discrimination. We provide all donors with the opportunity to be personally present when the donations arrive at the destination. We make videos for internal use only. The identity of donors is usually not public information.
The assets of the foundation at the time of its establishment and its total income, as well as the total amount of cash donations to the foundation's account after its establishment and the entire amount of donations in kind can be used to achieve the foundation's goals.
These are: humanity, neutrality, impartiality and independence. The text links humanitarian and development aid and calls for a more coordinated and coherent approach to the delivery of humanitarian aid, allowing the EU to respond more effectively to growing needs.
